Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Google Workspace enterprise environment and manage security compliance
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in IT administration or systems administration roles
• Strong expertise with Google Workspace administration and advanced configuration
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Proven experience with macOS administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with VPN implementation and management
