Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide learning and training strategy consulting and assess audience learning needs
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for training solutions
• Design and develop web-based and instructor-led training, including performance support systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Five or more years of experience in instructional design for web-based and instructor-led training
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in project management and client interactions
• Familiarity with blended methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
