Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Instructional Designer to join their Channel Readiness Training and Communications team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior designers and cross-functional team members
  • Create and deliver various training materials and learning solutions for diverse distribution channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define learning needs and establish training objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing virtual training and learning content
  • High proficiency with Articulate 360 Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, and other course authoring tools
  • Expertise in producing video content and scripts
  • Instructional Design Certification preferred (ATD, SHRM, or equivalent)
  • Experience designing training content for telecom sales and support teams
