Senior HR Application Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr HR Application Developer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support Workday integrations and other HR solutions
  • Lead the evaluation of systems for integration requirements and provide solutions aligned with enterprise strategies
  • Monitor and ensure the availability and functionality of HR systems while contributing to continuous improvement of integration methodologies


Required Qualifications
  • 7-8 years of experience in building integrations within the Workday ecosystem
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python, and JavaScript
  • In-depth understanding of system architecture and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Certification in Workday Pro Integration Administration and Workday Pro Studio is required
  • Strong understanding of HR technology tools and domain
