Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst (FHIR).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and model data requirements using HL7 FHIR standards
• Design and manage data models that support operational and analytical functions
• Conduct ongoing analysis of data systems for quality and accuracy, supporting engineering and analytics teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a data analyst in a healthcare administrative or clinical domain
• 3+ years of experience working with HL7 FHIR as a data modeler/analyst
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as USCDI and HL7v2
• Proficiency in technical skills including Python, SQL, and RDBMS
• Experience with healthcare terminology systems like SNOMED and LOINC
