Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, Healthcare Analytics - Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and modeling of complex healthcare claims and data submissions to evaluate program performance
• Develop and present reports on Risk Adjustment intervention ROI and make recommendations based on findings
• Perform strategic analysis and coordinate across business units to support Risk Adjustment Program Valuation and action items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
• 5-7 years of experience with database and data management responsibilities
• 5-7 years of experience in analyzing financial and performance management metrics in healthcare
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Healthcare experience in quantifying and analyzing financial and utilization metrics
