Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Game Designer (FPS / Technical Design).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and iterate on core gameplay systems including mission design, combat, and AI behaviours
• Create robust design specs and visualisations to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Own and execute features end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring design vision is maintained

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience in game design, particularly in the FPS genre
• Experience in technical design, including scripting and gameplay logic
• Proven track record of shipping commercial FPS titles with full production cycle involvement
• Deep knowledge of first-person shooter mechanics and player psychology
• Strong practical experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and/or scripting systems)
