Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (React / Rails).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of key frontend features for the applicant tracking platform
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor other engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable recruiting tools

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of frontend experience, including 2+ years with React
• Proficiency with Redux and component-driven development
• Familiarity with Rails backend and REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, testing, and accessibility
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Mocha/Chai is a plus
