Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial or Business Analyst Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Propose and implement process improvements in collaboration with operational areas
• Facilitate meetings and lead initiatives to reduce revenue leakage and denial trends

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in billing and/or denials management within hospital operations
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT's, HCPCS, and revenue codes
• Advanced knowledge of payor remittances and insurance claim forms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Epic
