Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and consolidate financial and operational analysis to drive business decisions, including monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Lead real-time financial performance monitoring and develop root cause analysis for any deviations from planned expectations
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while monitoring and reporting on relevant KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience in Healthcare/Healthtech or technology sectors
• Familiarity with SAP financial applications preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
