Senior Executive Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate executive compensation policies, programs, and governance for company executives and the Board of Directors
  • Oversee administration and compliance of share-based incentive programs and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on compensation strategies and support Total Rewards initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related roles, focusing on executive compensation in publicly traded companies
  • Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles and global regulations of equity vehicles
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is a plus
