Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of User Experience to lead the evolution of user experience across its product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a global UX team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Set and own the UX vision and design principles to ensure consistency and usability across product lines
• Establish and refine UX design processes and methodologies to drive operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Demonstrated experience owning UX/UI vision across multiple product lines
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools, with a deep understanding of design frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and fast-paced development cycles
• Experience managing global teams and navigating cultural differences
