Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) and oversee project execution across various teams

• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and financial monitoring to ensure effective project delivery

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in educational publishing or product development, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in strategic execution and cross-functional team leadership
• Knowledge of curriculum development workflows and content production processes
• Experience with AI or data tools for resource planning and risk forecasting
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
