Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO to ensure successful delivery of strategic, cross-functional projects
• Develop and implement project management practices, processes, and capabilities across the organization
• Collaborate with executive leadership to manage project budgeting, resource allocation, and governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in developing and delivering business transformation initiatives
• Significant experience in leading global PMO and managing project/portfolio resource planning
• Strong financial acumen with experience in financial management and budget development
• Competent in project management governance and organizational change management
