Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the quarterly earnings process, including drafting earnings releases and presentations
• Manage shareholder relationships and prepare investor presentations for various events
• Oversee the investor targeting program and perform valuation analysis on company stock

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in investment banking or equity research
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus
• Experience with financial data and market analysis platforms
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
