A company is looking for a Senior Director of Impact Analytics - Risk Adjustment (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate analytic insights into decision-making and provide strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Advanced training in health services research, mathematics/statistics, epidemiology, biostatistics, economics, finance, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with a track record of managing projects and stakeholder interactions
• Substantial management experience in building and leading teams in a fast-growing environment
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate new ideas into action across multiple projects
