Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for its Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual financial planning process for the Sales organization
• Advise Sales leadership on aligning business and financial plans with company objectives
• Build and lead a highly effective Sales FP&A team that can scale

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus
• Previous leadership and management experience
• Experience in the software/SaaS/technology industry
• Sound understanding of the SaaS business model and key financial metrics
