Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director Analytics to lead analytical strategies and manage a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff, prioritizing strategic initiatives and defining performance goals
• Communicate data findings and strategies to cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Oversee analytics teams to ensure alignment with operational processes and end state goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in project management, quality improvement, or business analysis, preferably in managed care or pharmacy benefit management
• 7 years of leadership or people management experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy performance analytics and the healthcare industry
