Senior Data Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Security Engineer to lead the design and implementation of data protection strategies across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) solutions to identify and remediate data risks
• Architect scalable encryption strategies for data at rest, in transit, and in use
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data classification and tagging frameworks for automated discovery and protection

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data security engineering within cloud-first or hybrid environments
• Strong expertise in DSPM tools and data-centric security architectures
• Proven experience designing encryption and key management solutions
• Hands-on experience with DLP technologies and their integration across cloud and endpoint platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards such as GDPR, PCI, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001
