Senior Data Engineering Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement enterprise-wide data architecture strategies, including data models and integration patterns
  • Establish data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
  • Lead and mentor data engineers and analysts on data architecture best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 15+ years of experience in software and data engineering roles
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL, and designing data warehousing solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, data architecting, and leading data teams
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, and Databricks/Spark
