Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Architect: III (Senior).

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, scalable data solutions supporting millions of agents, brokers, and home buyers/sellers
• Design, develop, and test robust data platform components
• Collaborate with product engineers to develop innovative data pipeline solutions

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in Scala/Java, with expertise in building high-volume, low-latency, big data pipelines
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale real-time stream processing using Apache Flink or Apache Spark
• 7+ years of experience in Data Pipeline development, ETL, and processing of structured & unstructured data
• 5+ years working with NoSQL databases and Relational SQL systems
