Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager of Data Analytics & Insights (Player-Coach) to lead a team in enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals, setting clear expectations and promoting a collaborative environment
• Oversee the development and maintenance of analytics dashboards and advanced analytics solutions, integrating AI/ML as needed
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics insights and drive adoption of new analytics solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or data science roles, including at least 2 years in a management capacity
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration in analytics environments
• Proficiency in analytics programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with building data pipelines and understanding data governance concepts
