Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst - Product Trials Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior during product trials to identify patterns and improve conversion rates
• Define and monitor KPIs related to trial success and develop dashboards for reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the trial experience and provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python or R)
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn
• Experience with customer segmentation and retention analysis is a plus
