Key Responsibilities

• Profile and analyze undocumented data sources to identify overlaps and integration opportunities
• Develop golden record strategies to merge duplicate entities into a single verifiable record
• Define and maintain data governance plans to ensure continuous data quality and consistency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data query and analysis using SQL, Python, or R
• Direct experience working with government agencies on data profiling
• Experience managing data for master data management (MDM) solutions
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local data privacy laws
