• Build and develop The Genius Hub team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices
• Familiarity with EAR teams, tools, and datasets in production
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization
