Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and summarize data for various KPI reports and dashboards
• Conduct ad hoc and recurring reporting to comply with regulatory requirements and support business operations
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control measures and assisting in audits

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare administrative data, including Claims, Network, and Provider data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
• Intermediate proficiency in tracking, trending, and reporting on metrics
