Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst Senior or Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver role-level staffing guidance for the Claims Field organization through reporting and analyses
• Provide consultation to Claims Control and Claims Process organizations, influencing process initiatives and decisions
• Collaborate with leadership to solve complex business issues and deliver analyses that drive strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or a degree in a quantitative field with three years of experience
• High proficiency in programming skills, such as SQL, SAS, or R
• Experience in drawing conclusions and recommending solutions based on analytical findings
• Ability to influence others through education and information sharing
