Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will contribute to clinical quality gap closures and improve Medicare Stars & HEDIS measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manipulate data using SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to provide actionable insights
• Build reporting and data visualizations to drive strategies for achieving 4+ Star goals
• Ensure data quality and completeness through monitoring, testing, and implementing best practices

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 4+ years of experience in Healthcare Analytics
• 4+ years of experience with database tools such as SQL and SAS
• 4+ years of proficiency with Microsoft software programs (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
