Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. D365 Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and document business processes
• Write functional and integration user stories while managing application customization negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering and process flow analysis
• Expertise in D365 CE modules, including Customer Service and Field Service
• Experience conducting workshops with Business and IT collaborators
• Understanding of D365 integration with external sources and third-party applications
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or DevOps studio
