Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in customer insights, business analytics, or customer success operations
• Proven ability to influence customer strategy through insights
• Proficient in SaaS metrics and customer success indicators
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
