Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of mid-to-enterprise level customer accounts
  • Drive renewals by managing communication, contract timelines, and stakeholder alignment
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and serve as the escalation point for high-impact accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing a full book of business, including renewals and expansions
  • Strong ability to handle escalations and engage stakeholders across departments
  • Experience generating Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) and collaborating with Sales
