Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with enterprise accounts
• Proficient in programming languages and concepts relevant to web and mobile development (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Python)
• Experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred
• Strong execution and customer service orientation
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete customer deliverables on time
