Senior Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members
• Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with computers and Windows operating systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overtime
• Completion of Customer Service training classes is required
