A company is looking for a Senior Crisis Simulation Designer to develop and implement crisis simulation experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging crisis simulations for various internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to provide subject matter expertise and support in crisis simulation design and implementation
• Maintain a high-quality catalogue of crisis scenarios and develop custom exercises for clients

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in crisis management and incident response exercise design
• Experience working with large, global, or government organizations
• Knowledge of Incident Response frameworks and Crisis Management strategies
• Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning frameworks and regulations
• Ability to self-manage projects and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
