Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for improving complaint handling and procedures
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address issues in complaint resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field with 4-5+ years of experience in lending institutions
• Working knowledge of financial protection laws and regulations related to consumer lending
• Strong interest in the clean energy financing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with CRM software is preferred
