Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst of Go to Market Compensation to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation goals across Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams
  • Build and maintain variable compensation models aligned with business objectives
  • Perform data analysis to evaluate the impact of incentive plans on performance outcomes


Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market functions and sales compensation principles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM and compensation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Must be in an EST or CST time zone
