Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Community and Social Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with hosts, serving as their main point of contact
• Lead training sessions on social media and storytelling best practices
• Collaborate on developing social playbooks and track content optimization
• Manage program deliverables across departments and track budget expenses
• Plan and support the execution of local engagement events

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in community management and social media marketing
• Strong project management experience with a focus on marketing
• Excellent financial management skills, including managing budgets and POs
• Experience in community management, social marketing, or grassroots organizing
• Preferred experience in the tech or hospitality sector
