Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel/Contract Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions related to software-as-a-service and licensing agreements
• Provide guidance on risks and liabilities in commercial transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement best practices and form agreements for the commercial legal function

Required Qualifications

• JD degree with 4-6 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• 2-3 years of experience negotiating complex software-as-a-service agreements with enterprise businesses
• Proficiency in data security and privacy laws and regulations
• Experience working in a deadline-driven sales environment
• Strong work ethic and professionalism required
