Senior CMDB Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMDB Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB in compliance with ITIL standards and the CSDM framework
• Configure ServiceNow Patterns for improved data ingestion and normalization
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery issues and maintain Discovery and MID server health

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery management
• Familiarity with ITIL standards and the CSDM framework
• Strong analytical skills for CMDB data quality and troubleshooting
• Prior experience in enterprise IT environments required
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is necessary
