Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to manage and enhance the security of cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage secure cloud architectures on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Utilize system administration experience to ensure high availability of cloud services and manage identity and access management
• Conduct proactive troubleshooting and incident response while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong foundation in system and security administration, including experience with Linux and Windows environments
• Demonstrable expertise in scripting and automation with languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Proven background in security best practices, policies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
