Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst, Member Experience Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business and technical requirements for BI/reporting
• Collect and maintain an inventory of BI/reporting assets
• Develop visualization and report services for self-service capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of business intelligence/reporting experience
• 7+ years of healthcare experience
• 5+ years of experience with PBM/Pharmacy
• 4+ years of experience in customer or member experience at a health plan or PBM
