Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Domain Architect to enhance business processes through strategic design and implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and redesign efforts to optimize business processes
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using data-driven insights and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required
• 7+ years of experience in business process engineering, process improvement, or business analysis roles
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and process improvement methodologies
• Experience with automation platforms and ERP systems
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar methodologies is a plus
