Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce, Kantata SX, and Professional Services Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Lead user story refinement sessions and translate business processes into system workflows
• Act as a subject matter expert and partner with teams to optimize system usage and recommend scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in Salesforce and Kantata SX
• Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including PPPM and resource management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and knowledge of Kantata SX project lifecycle functionality
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, agile environment
