Key Responsibilities

• Support all phases of agile software development including initiation, design, development, and testing
• Gather, develop, document, and validate business needs, requirements, and specifications
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams on enhancements, changes, and issues impacting development

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
• 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a Capability / Business Analyst
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements and user stories
• Proficiency in Agile environments
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
