Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
• Lead teams in evaluating business process changes and documenting impacts at a corporate level
• Provide post-implementation support, including problem resolution and change management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and presenting solution recommendations
• 4+ years of experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
• 4+ years of in-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and methodologies
• 4+ years of experience with business process analytics using tools like Excel and flowcharting
