Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions in collaboration with clients and technical resources
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications, and gather complex business requirements
• Create test case scenarios for application testing and oversee the testing process to ensure client requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry is required
• Health Insurance-related domain certification is an advantage
• Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must
