Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure project deliverables meet real needs
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and assist in roadmap, release, and sprint planning
• Support training efforts for end-users and mentor junior staff members

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Project Management Organization
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and major workflows in healthcare claim processing
• Familiarity with various development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and SAFe
• Bachelor's degree; certifications like CCBA, CBAP, CSM, or CSPO preferred
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
