Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Brand Designer I, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-impact digital assets for growth marketing channels, including campaigns, landing pages, and sales tools
• Utilize data-informed insights to create performance-driven visual storytelling and iterate on design based on marketing KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with strategic performance goals and foster a culture of continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5-7+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio in campaign work and brand storytelling
• Proven ability to design for acquisition marketing and conversion-oriented projects
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
