Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Biostatistician to lead statistical strategy and analysis for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statistical strategy design and implementation for clinical trials across various therapeutic areas
• Oversee statistical programming efforts and ensure high-quality analysis and reporting
• Provide guidance as a Subject Matter Expert to cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in statistics/biostatistics within the clinical or medical research field
• Extensive experience with statistical programming tools (e.g., SAS, R) and regulatory guidelines (e.g., CDISC standards)
• Strong leadership abilities, including experience managing teams or projects
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities
• Passion for the healthcare industry and commitment to innovative treatments
