Senior BI and Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BI and Analytics Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and deliver training to enable data-driven decisions using insurance and healthcare datasets
• Deliver dashboards and ad-hoc analyses focused on payer data and health plan performance
• Collaborate with teams to understand use cases involving insurance workflows and deliver high-value data tools

Required Qualifications

• BSc/MA in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field
• Advanced experience with data pipeline tools and in-warehouse transformation tools (preferably dbt)
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with OLAP data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
• At least 1 year of experience working with BI tools (preferably Looker)
